Conceptual Design

Due to the high density and the cost of land in Singapore, the Singapore government sought solutions for the storage of Group C/III aircraft at the Seletar Airport. Initially the client wanted a “Parking Garage for Aircraft” but the ramps where impossibly long and dangerous to navigate.

The solution was a jet lift which enables aircraft to be safely hoisted to an upper level in 13 seconds. The system utilizes high capacity cable winches utilized for cargo ship loading cranes. The system is patent pending and can be used for passenger aircraft.
