The building industry is undergoing much needed transformation with a growing recognition of sustainable practices—exemplified by developments such as LEED rating systems. Sustainability has always been an essential element in the way Molen Design designs, builds, and operates buildings.

We are committed to contributing to buildings that are environmentally responsible and that provide healthy places to live and work. We participate in and promote early integrated design processes whenever possible in order to maximize synergies and environmental benefits. 

 

We collaborate across design disciplines and with clients and build partners to create sustainability strategies through innovation, energy analysis, building certification, education, and training. Through collaboration, we work holistically to achieve a balance between economic, social, and environmental factors.
